If you are a solo traveller, or a couple or a small family, this place is about 30 feet from the beach on the outskirts of Durres, bus stop is right under the building, market, pharmacy, bakery, western union all within 100 meters..

it is on the fifth floor of the Belmond Hotel building just next to the "Red Wheel", the bed is very comfortable as well as the big couch, towels and sheets, big water heater plus all the necessities you might need to enjoy a nice vacation.

The space
It's not too far south down Plazh Road you can easily take a 40 minute walk into town, or take the 10 minute bus ride from right under the building.

Guest access
The entrance to the building is on the right hand side when you are facing the building with your back to the sea. The car parking is in the back of the building but can only be accessed from the left side of the building, you can walk around the building but you cannot drive around the building.

Getting around
Bus stop and taxi stop are both right under the building, walking into downtown takes around 40 minutes.
