The flat has one double bedroom, a living room - with TV with Cable TV, AC and also a comfortable sofa bed and a kitchenette which is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwaves, Nespresso coffee machine and fridge. Use our free Wi-Fi throughout the flat! The apartment also has a practical and bright bathroom.
The flat was renovated in 2018 and has a balcony perfect for sunbathing!

The flat is located in one of the most trendy areas in Lisbon – Intendente. It is a booming neighborhood. The historic buildings have been renovated and there are coffee and trendy shops including the Largo do Intendente witch is one minute from the apartment. Near the flat you can find good restaurants, groceries stores, supermarket, nice coffee shops, bars, stores, bike rental. 10 minutes on foot away from Baixa, Rossio, Graça and Alfama, is the perfect spot to explore Lisbon!

You will be able to enjoy the whole apartment exclusively throughout your stay.

I will be pleased to welcome you for the check-in and for the check-out, either myself or a friend of mine if I can’t will be at the flat waiting for your arrival. I will endeavor to be available any time you need tips about the best restaurants to visit or any other information you may need or like to know about this wonderful city.
The apartment is cleaned by professional cleaners, and I leave bed sheets and towels (for each guest).

Welcome to one of the most multicutural neighbourhoods in Lisbon! One of the most picturesque places in the capital is now seing their imponent 19th century buildings receiving a new life and being filled with a vibing soul, never ignoring their historical layout and importance.

Nowadays Intendente’s streets and are brimming with young artists and intelectuals as well as new design stores, vintage shops, restaurants and rustic caffees which make sure that all days and nights are magical!

The apartment is close to metro station Intendente, bus and tram 28 stop. It takes about 10/15min from the airport by taxi or 30/40 min from the airport by metro (one exchange at Alameda) or 30/40 min from the airport by Aero Bus.

Since 1st January, 2016, the Municipal Tourist Tax - overnight stays - is applied to guests over the age 13y, per person and per overnight stay, up to maximum of 7 nights. It is paid at the check in time to the Host. (only in plataforms that don’t collect them).

Also, since 2015 Portugal has more strictly enforced a long-standing law requiring anyone providing paid holiday accommodation to record the entry, exit, and identification details of all non-Portuguese nationals who use that accommodation. This law has been brought into force in Portugal and most other EU countries at some point since the gradual implementation of the 1990 Schengen Agreement that aims to stop human trafficking and other illegal practices. In this case, it is specifically Article 45 of the Schengen Agreement and the recent 'Alojamento Local' law in Portugal that has brought this rule into sharper focus.
The governing body that monitors the movement of foreigners is SEF ('Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras' or the Immigration and Borders Service), and it is mandatory to provide them the following fields for all guests:

Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
