Our apartment has a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and Air Conditioning installed to make your stay even more comfortable. Right at your doorstep, you will find many shops, restaurants, and cafés. You will stay in a very central location in the city! We are sure you will love your stay here, being close to everything and having the river right next to you, perfect for evening strolls while the sun is going down, or for a nice run or bike ride.

Our apartment is located on the third floor, which can be reached by typical Lisbon (steep) stairs. It is important to note this, so you are aware when booking this place that you will have to walk up the stairs to get to your apartment.
The apartment has a living room with a TV and a dining table and you can even see the river from there. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, two pits for cooking, and all utensils for you to prepare your meals.
There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160*200 cm) and one with two single beds (90*200 cm). The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. There is also a washing machine available for you to use.
The apartment has air conditioning and an alarm system installed.

Your apartment is located at Santa Apolónia, just in between the popular areas of Alfama and Graça. You will be staying at a very central location, with easy access to the metro, buses, trains, and more.
In the area, you will find a lot of shops, typical Portuguese restaurants, cute bars, and much more. On Tuesdays and Saturdays, there is the popular flea market, Feira da Ladra, that you should definitely not miss while staying here. There are many historical sights around the property, and you will also be walking into the cute cobblestone streets of historical Alfama within a few minutes.
There is a supermarket nearby (Pingo Doce at the train station of Santa Apolónia) and there are smaller convenience stores all around as well.
There are several parking areas around the property, but it is good to note that you cannot access the street of this apartment by car. Only police and emergency vehicles are allowed to enter this street.
The train & metro station of Santa Apolónia are just a few minutes walk from the apartment. Here you can take the Blue Line of the metro, and trains to many locations in Portugal. Also, many buses depart from this station, to bring you to various areas of the city.

Unsere Wohnung verfügt über ein helles Wohnzimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, zwei Schlafzimmer und Klimaanlage installiert, um Ihren Aufenthalt noch komfortabler zu machen. Direkt vor Ihrer Haustür finden Sie viele Geschäfte, Restaurants und Cafés. Sie wohnen in einer sehr zentralen Lage in der Stadt! Wir sind sicher, dass Sie Ihren Aufenthalt hier lieben werden, da Sie in der Nähe von allem sind und der Fluss direkt neben Ihnen liegt, perfekt für einen Abendspaziergang, während die Sonne untergeht, oder für einen schönen Lauf oder eine Fahrradtour.

Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock, der über eine für Lissabon typische (steile) Treppe erreicht werden kann. Es ist wichtig, dies zu beachten, so dass Sie sich bei der Buchung dieser Wohnung bewusst sind, dass Sie die Treppe hinaufgehen müssen, um zu Ihrer Wohnung zu gelangen.
Die Wohnung hat ein Wohnzimmer mit einem Fernseher und einem Esstisch, von dem aus man sogar den Fluss sehen kann. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit einer Kaffeemaschine, einem Wasserkocher, einem Toaster, zwei Kochstellen und allen Utensilien für die Zubereitung Ihrer Mahlzeiten.
Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer, eines mit einem Doppelbett (160*200 cm) und eines mit zwei Einzelbetten (90*200 cm). Das Badezimmer hat eine begehbare Dusche, eine Toilette und ein Waschbecken. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine, die Sie benutzen können.
Die Wohnung ist mit einer Klimaanlage und einer Alarmanlage ausgestattet.

In der Umgebung finden Sie viele Geschäfte, typische portugiesische Restaurants, nette Bars und vieles mehr. Dienstags und samstags findet der beliebte Flohmarkt Feira da Ladra statt, den Sie auf keinen Fall verpassen sollten, wenn Sie hier wohnen. In der Umgebung des Hauses gibt es viele historische Sehenswürdigkeiten, und auch die hübschen Kopfsteinpflasterstraßen der historischen Alfama sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
In der Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt (Pingo Doce am Bahnhof von Santa Apolónia), und in der Umgebung gibt es auch kleinere Läden.
Es gibt mehrere Parkplätze rund um das Grundstück, aber es ist gut zu wissen, dass Sie die Straße dieser Wohnung nicht mit dem Auto befahren können. Nur Polizei- und Rettungsfahrzeuge dürfen diese Straße befahren.
Der Bahnhof und die Metrostation von Santa Apolónia sind nur wenige Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Hier können Sie die blaue Linie der Metro und Züge zu vielen Orten in Portugal nehmen. Auch viele Busse fahren von dieser Station ab, um Sie in verschiedene Bereiche der Stadt zu bringen.
