This recently renewed and modern apartment has an amazing view over Lisbon where you can spot the Tejo river.
This comfortable and modern apartment, with two bedrooms, was recently renewed and it is totally equipped. It is located on the third floor so it has plenty of natural light and an amazing view for you to enjoy ( you have windows and a balcony that go all around the house).
The flat also has one bathroom, one living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
There is no air conditioning but both rooms and living-room have cooling fans that do the trick!

It is located in Santos, one of the most central neighbourhoods, within walking distance from the famous Time Out Market, lots of restaurants and nightlife spots.
Also, you’re within walking distance from Chiado and Bairro Alto or you can just catch the 28 Tram at the stop right next to the apartment and you’ll get there in less than 5 minutes!

Cleaning - Professional and per the rules of the General Directorate of Health, using not only all the necessary protections (Mask and Gloves) but disinfectant products in the proportions recommended for greater safety for all.
Check-In - Our check-in stays in person so that we can provide all the support that guests need but they will be quick and efficient with all the necessary security equipment. All information will be visible inside the apartment and remotely through our team available 24/7.
Amenities - In addition to our first-day amenities, you will also find first day masks (surgical masks). We also have these and other products available at cost for added security.
Services - Our 24/7 availability for guests did not seem sufficient at this time, so we wanted more and will do our best for your comfort. If you do not want to use the available online tools, Our Fill Your Fridge Service, allows you to arrive with whatever you want in the refrigerator from our local partners and thus avoid unnecessary travel. For more information, contact us. We also have mobility partnerships from the airport and wherever you want in Lisbon and Portugal to streamline and comfort your vacation.

- The apartment is located on a third floor with no elevator
- There is no parking on the property. You have a park nearby in Largo Vitorino Damásio opened 24h or you can park on the street (paid from 9 am until 7 pm)- it is possible to pay online through the "Emel" App.

Damit gewinnen Sie für den Besitzer an Attraktivität und dieser genehmigt Ihre Reservierung mit größerer Wahrscheinlichkeit.
Den Mietvertrag können Sie vorab und online bei jedem Angebot ansehen. Nach der Vertragsunterschrift finden Sie sie in der Applikation "Mein Wohnen".
Dank der Vermittlung des Mietverhältnisses über FLATIO brauchen Sie keine Angst zu haben, dass der Vertrag für Sie ungünstig wäre. How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancellation policy).
