Situated on the south bank of the river Thames with a unique position of having river frontage on and excellent views towards the cityscape, this property boasts close proximity to charming cafes, restaurants, and pubs and is nestled near the heritage-rich area of Greenwich, providing easy access to Greenwich Park, the Royal Observatory, vintage markets, the Cutty Sark, the Royal Naval College, and Greenwich Pier for delightful boat rides to the city. Access to Waitrose below the apartment.
The space
This two bedroom and one bath flat is tastefully designed with artwork, designer furniture, indoor plants, and come with free Wifi, TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime connection, central heating, fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances- grill, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, nespresso coffee machine, blender, utensils and cutlery.
The flat is well connected with public transport offering connectivity to the mainline rail services into London and Kent and the Docklands Light Railways to Canary Wharf and the City. The Greenwich Pier also offers public transport services into central London including Tower Bridge and London Eye. Easy access to Waitrose supermarket just below offers groceries and daily necessities.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
