The property has access from the street, ensuring privacy and comfort. Upon entering, you find a spacious and bright living-dining room, perfectly designed with high-end materials that provide a sense of elegance and comfort.
The open-plan kitchen, featuring a minimalist design, is fully equipped with modern appliances, offering a functional and avant-garde aesthetic.
Adjacent to the living room, on the left side, is the bathroom, a modern and complete space with chrome details and a shower.
The bedrooms, located on the right side, have a 160 cm bed and a 90 cm bed.

The living room also has a comfortable 140 cm sofa bed for two people.

This apartment is ideal for families or couples looking for an exclusive, comfortable home with high-quality design in the Cuatro Torres area, surrounded by parks and well connected by public transport, making it one of the central hubs of the Spanish capital.

This accommodation is offered exclusively for seasonal rental, in accordance with Article 3.2 of the Urban Leasing Law (LAU). No lodging or tourist services are provided. A minimum stay of 30 nights is recommended.

The stay will be formalized through a seasonal rental contract, which will specify the duration, purpose of the stay, and agreed conditions, in accordance with current regulations.

* Late check-ins have a special rate and must be paid in cash upon arrival at the apartment.
* Two sets of keys are provided.
* Upon arrival, we will ask for each guest's passport or ID.
* We appreciate you taking care of the environment and turning off the lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment.
* If you would like to use the sofa bed, please note that this has an additional cost; please inquire. This includes linen for the sofa bed and ensuring it is ready for your arrival.

- Check-in after 8:00 PM has a fee of €20.
- Check-in after midnight has a fee of €40.
- Check-out is at 11:00 AM. We will not be present at the apartment for check-outs; to do so, simply leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you.

Because when the host accepts your booking, the living space is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
