The studio features a queen sized bed (160x200 cm), a comfortable sofa, TV, small dining table for two and air conditioning.

The apartment has one bathroom with shower.

→ Kitchenette
The kitchenette is equipped with microwave, oven, stove, mini-fridge, toaster and coffee maker (coffee not included)

Additional Info:
→ City Tax will also be charged in the amount of 2€ per night per person. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights.
→ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
→ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation.
→ The Cleaning Fee covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
→ Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
→ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Never leave them inside the lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied.
→ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
→ City tax will be charged according to the law.

Die Kochnische ist mit Mikrowelle, Backofen, Herd, Mini-Kühlschrank, Toaster und Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet (Kaffee nicht inbegriffen)

Zusätzliche Informationen:
→ Die City Tax wird in Höhe von 2 € pro Nacht und Person berechnet. Diese Steuer wird nur für die ersten 7 Nächte berechnet.
→ Die Unterkunft ist ein Selbstversorgerhaus. Bei Ihrer Ankunft erhalten Sie eine kostenlose Grundausstattung, einschließlich Toilettenartikel für den ersten Tag, Toilettenpapier usw. Diese Artikel werden nur als Willkommensgruß angeboten - Ersatz oder Nachschub sind nicht vorgesehen.
→ Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden entsprechend der Anzahl der in der Reservierung bestätigten Gäste bereitgestellt.
→ Die Reinigungsgebühr deckt nur die Endreinigung ab. Zusätzliche Reinigungen oder frische Wäsche können während Ihres Aufenthalts gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr angefordert werden - diese Anfragen müssen mindestens 24 Stunden im Voraus erfolgen.
→ Die Check-in-Zeit ist von 15:00 bis 22:00 Uhr (zusätzliche Kosten von 25 € für Check-ins nach 22:00 Uhr). Es wird nur ein Satz Schlüssel zur Verfügung gestellt.
→ Der Check-out muss bis 11 Uhr erfolgen. Legen Sie die Schlüssel vor der Abreise auf den Haupttisch. Lassen Sie sie niemals im Schloss oder im Briefkasten. Bitte beachten Sie, dass bei Verlust oder Beschädigung der Schlüssel (oder des Schlosses) eine Strafgebühr erhoben wird.
→ Kinderbett und Kinderstuhl sind auf Anfrage und gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr erhältlich.
→ Die Kurtaxe wird gemäß den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen erhoben.
