Sunny quiet apartment 30 m2 with balcony and open view is situated in a quiet area of Prague 4 - Pisnice. The apartment has private parking place.

The nearest bus stop is 5 minutes walk from the apartment (bus 113, 331, 333). A 15-minute ride takes you to Kačerov metro (C). Well-known Sapa Market is also located in the area, offering all the goods from food to clothing and restaurants.

The apartment was newly built in 2012, it is conceived as one undivided living space with kitchen, storage and bathroom with toilet. You can sunbathe on the balcony or watch the sunset. The double bed has storage space and can be folded into a single bed. There is also a work desk and two armchairs. You can separate the rest zone from the kitchen by hanging. The kitchen is equipped with crockery, an electric kettle, a hood, microwawe and a fridge with freezer. There are two large wardrobes in the corridor. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, washing machine and a hairdryer. There is an iron, ironing board and a clothes dryer. In the common room on the ground floor, you can keep your bicycle.

Regarding animals: only dogs are accepted. Sheets and towels are not provided for accommodation with a dog.

Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung (Bus 113, 331, 333). Eine 15-minütige Fahrt bringt Sie zu Kačerov U-Bahn (C). Der bekannte Sapa-Markt befindet sich ebenfalls in der Nähe und bietet alle Waren von Lebensmitteln über Kleidung bis hin zu Restaurants.

Eva was very nice and helpful landlady, very easy to communicate.
Pisnice are really pleasent part of Prague with good connection to city centre. It is a beautiful and peaceful neighbourhood. There are a lot of opportunities for long walks.
Apartment is cute, functional and humidity is easy to control if windows are opened regularly.

A cozy studio that will quickly feel like a home. It's equipped with almost everything you may need which makes it super convenient. The owner is easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Neighborhood
Calm suburbs, close to nature. A bit far if you need to go to the city center often. A great opportunity to explore the big Vietnamese market nearby and eat some delicious food there.

I decided to rent this apartment for two basic reasons: 1) beautiful pictures on the website (in reality it was even more beautiful), 2) the location which is close to the nature (perfect for those who seek peaceful environment and love to practice outdoor sports) .

After three months of staying I can put the third reason 3) the kindness and professionalism of the landlord (always available, fast response). In short, I am very grateful for this experience.

The apartment was lovely and had everything you need for a comfortable life and remote work which was very important for me. The only problem for us was the humidity here, but Eva warned us and tried to help with different devices and I'm sure it will be fixed very soon. There is a big Asian market nearby and many buses to get you to the metro station or Westfield Chodov -- a huge shopping mall. We were grateful to stay here.

Velmi prijemny byt, ve kterem najdete uplne vsechno, co potrebujete ke strednedobemu pobytu. Byt je plne vybaveny pro home office (psaci stul), k obcasnemu prespani navstevy (rozkladaci gauc), k vareni (plne vybavena kuchyn vcetne lisovace na cesnek a struhadla). Byt je umisten ve velmi klidne lokalite, zastavka MHD je cca 5 minut pesky, autobus na metro Kacerov jede zhruba kazdych 10 minut. V pesi vzdalenosti je nekolik restauraci a vynikajici cukrarna, jediny mensi problem je supermarket, ten je cca 15 minut pesky (jedna zastavka autobusem).

Bytovy dum je umisten jednu ulici od hlavni silnice, takze hluk od aut k bytum nedosahne. Hned vedle je fotbalove hriste, kde obcas odpoledne probihaji treninky, ale jinak je tam naprosty klid

Everything was great! The apartment is fully equipped for a longer stay with everything you could need (enough storage space, table for work etc.). Located at quiet area close to nature but still not that far from the city. Communication with Eva was always quick and easy. Recommend this place for sure :)

Moc děkujeme za ubytování, za vstřícný přístup a ochotu. Byt je v krásné tiché lokalitě. Paní majitelka byla skvělá, milá a velmi ochotná a vstřícná.

V okolí je krásná příroda, vstup do lesa, dětské hřiště, nedaleko restaurace, bowling, kavárna a cukrárna. Zastávka MHD 5 minut od bytu.

I stayed at Eva's place for 9 months. It was the perfect size for one person. It was decorated very beautifully and has a lovely view from the balcony. The house stays warm in winter as it has heating. In summer it can be a bit hot but Eva did have a fan to lend me if I needed it. Eva was always so kind to me - she always answered any problems I had very quickly and she always did her best to make sure that I was comfortable. The apartment is about 40 minutes to the city center with good public transport links. It a quieter neighborhood. Thanks for your hospitality, Eva!

It was really a very present stay at the flat.
Flat is fully furnished and equipped with all required house hold/kitchen items.
