Apartment 1 + kk is a part of new residence Eliška which is located in heart of Vysočany. Vysočany is the fastest developing district of the city. This apartment is not located directly in the center of Prague however you really won´t mind it because it takes only 10 minutes by subway to get to the center. Stations Vysočanská und Českomoravská (line B of subway) are very close, only a few minutes walk.
There are also stations of trams 8, 14, 16, 25, 52, 54 or bus stations no. 136, 151, 152, 177, 182, 183, 195 and 375. To get to Prague ring road is any problem and there is a direct connection to any motorway.
The apartment is located on the 11th floor. Behind the entrance door of the apartment you can see a hall with a light shoe cabinet. There is a roomy bathroom with a shower on your left hand side. Bathroom is in white and canary yellow colors. These colors act very friendly and cheerful.
The main room is used like bedroom, living room, dining room and kitchen. There is floating floor in the room. In the corner of the main room is a lagre double bed available, by the window you can see a sofa bed. It could be really comfortable to sit on this sofa bed and watch TV evening.
Kitchen unit is in colors of wood. Of course you will often use electric stove and electric kettle. I would be really happy to use also dishwasher. And of course there is also dining table located - here you can have your breakfast or supper.
Right in residential skyscraper from 2014 you will find a café, where you can have breakfast, a fitness center and also cosmetics and massages. If you like sports, you will enjoy new bicycle path which is leading directly close the house. In short time you can get to O2 Arena to watch a hockey match or one of concerts. In the vicinity of the apartment you will also find shopping centers Galeria Harfa and Fenix, on a quiet walk, you can go to the park, which will lead you to the river Rokytka.
Appartement 1 + kk ist ein Teil der neuen Residenz Eliška, die sich im Herzen von Vysočany befindet. Vysočany ist der sich am schnellsten entwickelnde Bezirk der Stadt. Diese Wohnung befindet sich nicht direkt im Zentrum von Prag, aber Sie werden es wirklich nicht stören, weil es nur 10 Minuten mit der U-Bahn zum Zentrum zu bekommen. Die Stationen Vysočanská und Českomoravská (Linie B der U-Bahn) sind ganz in der Nähe, nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß.
Es gibt auch Stationen der Straßenbahnen 8, 14, 16, 25, 52, 54 oder Bushaltestellen Nr. 136, 151, 152, 177, 182, 183, 195 und 375. Die Anbindung an den Prager Ring ist kein Problem und es gibt eine direkte Verbindung zu jeder Autobahn.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 11. Stock. Hinter der Eingangstür der Wohnung sehen Sie einen Flur mit einem hellen Schuhschrank. Auf der linken Seite befindet sich ein geräumiges Badezimmer mit einer Dusche. Das Bad ist in den Farben weiß und kanariengelb gehalten. Diese Farben wirken sehr freundlich und fröhlich.
Der Hauptraum wird als Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und Küche genutzt. Der Fußboden im Raum ist schwimmend verlegt. In der Ecke des Hauptraumes steht ein Doppelbett, am Fenster befindet sich ein Schlafsofa. Es könnte wirklich bequem sein, auf diesem Sofa zu sitzen und abends fernzusehen.
Die Küchenzeile ist in Holzfarben gehalten. Natürlich werden Sie oft den Elektroherd und den Wasserkocher benutzen. Ich würde mich sehr freuen, wenn ich auch eine Spülmaschine benutzen könnte. Und natürlich gibt es auch einen Esstisch - hier können Sie Ihr Frühstück oder Abendessen einnehmen.
Direkt im Wohnhochhaus aus dem Jahr 2014 gibt es ein Café, in dem man frühstücken kann, ein Fitnesscenter und auch Kosmetik und Massagen. Wer gerne Sport treibt, wird sich über den neuen Radweg freuen, der direkt am Haus vorbeiführt. In kurzer Zeit können Sie die O2 Arena erreichen, um ein Eishockeyspiel oder eines der Konzerte zu besuchen. In der Nähe der Wohnung finden Sie auch Einkaufszentren Galeria Harfa und Fenix, auf einem ruhigen Spaziergang, können Sie in den Park gehen, die Sie zum Fluss Rokytka führen wird.

The location is well communicated both with the city (underground, tram, bus) and the world outside (a railway station in a 6 minutes walking distance). Two shopping centres nearby. A decent offer of pubs, mostly traditional Czech hospodas. Natural landscapes not far from the flat (a small river, parks and forests on the hill).
I would recommend taking a wlak, either upstream the Rokytka river, or uphill to the neighbouring districts. The old synagogue in Palmovka (two metro stations or 20 minutes walk away) is a vibrant space of cultural activities. Pubs have decent prices and good quality of traditional Czech dishes.
Bydelní se nachází v těsné blízkosti jedné z největších hal pro veřejné akce v České republice. Na druhou stranu v okolí je mnoho panelových domů, metro, nádraží a dvě nákupní centra. K dispozici je tedy vše potřebné.
Jelikož se byt nachází velmi blízko k metru, je možné navštívit v podstatě celou Prahu
