If the conditions for the withdrawal are met and the landlord can't fix the issue immediately, you have the option to withdraw from the lease agreement with a full refund. We'll also actively help you find an alternative accommodation and remain by your side until everything is fully resolved.

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).

The apartment really exceeded our expectations. Although fairly small, it is fully equipped and very comfortable. Stana has provided pretty much everything needed for a homely, convenient stay. The apartment is bright and airy, very clean and nicely laid out.
We really liked the location. There are two tram stops within a short 2-5 minute walk, and the Andel metro station is only 5 minutes away. The large Novy Smichov shopping centre is just down the road, where you can find a huge Tesco and lots of other stores. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and pubs at your doorstep. It’s so easy and quick to walk from the apartment to almost anywhere including the Old Town and some beautiful parks (Petrin Park is very close).
We would highly recommend Stana’s apartment. We will almost definitely be staying here again.

The location is quiet but steps away from lots of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. This side of Smichov feels quite safe, being fairly close to Mala Strana. That said you will still see the occasional homeless person but they were never a bother.

Quiet and calm, neighbours were nice. A lot of traffic during day time but it didn’t matter :)

I had no issues while staying at Stana's apartment, apart from a small hiccup with the internet which she promptly fixed. The apartment is now well-equipped for anyone who should have a higher demand for bandwidth/speed ;)
The apartment itself is well-equipped regarding any practical needs, and looks/feels extremely cozy and stylish. Stana is very communicative and understanding as a landlord, and we are certain future tenants will be extended the same hospitality and service we were during our stay.
The apartment is just around the corner from a vibrant little park with beautiful scenery in which we've enjoyed lots of walks/picnics. It is a 2 minute walk from the Andel central station, from which you can reach pretty much anywhere in Prague in under 15 minutes.
There are loads of restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping opportunities if you do walk the 2 minutes to Andel center.
In the park right next to the apartment is a little Cafe that makes an amazing avocado toast for about 100 czk. A must try!
Nevertheless the flat is terrific, spacious and sunlit. There's enough room to feel very good. Kitchen is well equipped and you can really get your cooking on. Also the neighborhood is great, because the flat is 200m away from Novy Smichov shopping center (with all amenities) and to get to the town center you just need to cross the bridge. All and all very good offer and comes recommended.
