We offer a new sunny apartment 3 + kk of 91.6 m2 + 13.2 m2 large balcony, 4th floor, with garage parking inside the building and a basement in Viladům Starý mlýn project, preferably for a medium-term lease (one to six months). This unique project was finished in June 2016 on the outskirts of Prague, in Zdiby, in a woody part of the Povltaví conservation area.
This modern, light and peaceful apartment features a spacious hall with access to all 3 rooms and the bathroom. The living area (35 m2) has a well-equipped design kitchen (including a refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso coffeemaker and dishes), dining table with chairs, TV, sofa bed and balcony with a sitting area overlooking the wood. Next to the living room there is a cosy bedroom where you can sleep like a king on a high English bed while listening to the gurgle of the brook. Apart from the spacious bathroom with a window there is a separate WC for guests in the apartment too. The second room features a large wardrobe and a nice corner perfect for relaxing in. Each room has outside blinds, and the apartment includes a garage and basement.
Due to its location the apartment is suitable for lovers of woods, cycling or even for artists writing a book. And if you start missing the city lights the city centre is just 20 minutes by car or an easy commute.

Experienced host

We are private owners and have developed this flat for our own personal use and for medium term rental. The property is located in a unique new development 20 minutes from the centre of Prague. The flat is peaceful and set in a wooded environment. The kitchen, furniture and fittings are all brand new and the interior designed for modern living.

Jsme soukromí majitelé a tento byt jsme si zařídili pro vlastní potřeby a také pro střednědobý pronájem. Výjimečný projekt se nachází 20 minut od centra Prahy v klidném prostředí uprostřed přírody. Veškeré zařízení bytu je nové a moderní.
