Lage: Im Stadtteil "Lomo Blanco" von Las Palmas de Gran Canaria gelegen, in der Nähe der Universität ULPGC Tafira.
Sehr gute Anbindung an die Ringstraße, sowohl in den Süden und Norden der Insel als auch in das Zentrum von Las Palmas. Gute öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung nach Triana/Vegueta, Mesa y Lopez, Las Canteras und zum Universitätscampus.

Umgebung: Bushaltestelle und Taxistand nur eine Minute zu Fuß entfernt, Park nebenan, Spar-Supermarkt drei Minuten entfernt, Apotheke zwei Minuten entfernt, verschiedene Basare und Nachbarschaftsläden, Fußballplatz, Skatepark und Sportpark für Outdoor-Training 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Um ein gutes Zusammenleben und eine begrenzte Kapazität zu gewährleisten, können wir keine Paare, Kinder, Haustiere, Besucher, Partys und Rauchen in der Wohnung erlauben.
