La ubicacion es excelente ya que se encuentra solo a 250mts del mar y a 50mts de la Av Malvarrosa donde se encuentran todos los comercios y bancos. A 100mts esta el supermercado Mercadona y las paradas de autobuses estan a 50mts del apartamento el Tranvia a 400mts.
