Modernes und helles Einzelzimmer, nur 1 Minute zu Fuß von der Universitat Jaume I (UJI) entfernt, in einer ruhigen und sicheren Gegend von Castellón de la Plana.
Die Wohnung ist vollständig ausgestattet und wird mit anderen internationalen Studierenden geteilt. Sie bietet eine angenehme und respektvolle Atmosphäre – ideal zum Lernen und Entspannen.

Das Zimmer verfügt über ein Einzelbett, einen Schreibtisch, ein Regal, einen Kleiderschrank, einen Deckenventilator und viel Tageslicht.
Die Wohnung umfasst ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer, eine große Küche mit allen Geräten (Backofen, Mikrowelle, Induktionsherd, Waschmaschine, amerikanischer Kühlschrank) sowie einen Essbereich.

Geschäfte, Supermärkte (Mercadona), Fitnessstudios und Cafés befinden sich in der Nähe, und das Stadtzentrum ist bequem mit dem Bus oder dem Fahrrad erreichbar.
