The house itself is a beautiful detached property with several balconies. It has a garden all around with trees and a private gate to enter. The kitchen has Miele products and is spacious. The whole layout is spacious, with a wooden open staircase in the centre and open plan lounge dining area.
The area is quiet apart from the cockerels, dogs and cats, which is a normal part of Greek life! But you do not hear much traffic.
There’s a park nearby and a small pine forest. The shops are a 5-10 min walk. Plenty of choice for supermarkets etc. The walk back home is uphill, so it’s a good work out living here.

Die Küche ist mit Geräten von Miele ausgestattet und sehr geräumig. Der gesamte Grundriss ist großzügig angelegt, mit einer offenen Holztreppe in der Mitte und einem offenen Wohn- und Essbereich.
Die Gegend ist ruhig, abgesehen von den Hähnen, Hunden und Katzen, die zum griechischen Leben einfach dazugehören! Aber man hört kaum Verkehrslärm.
In der Nähe gibt es einen Park und einen kleinen Pinienwald. Die Geschäfte sind in 5–10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Supermärkten usw. Der Weg zurück nach Hause führt bergauf, daher ist das Leben hier ein gutes Training.

I live in a seaside town 10 km from Thessaloniki Airport and 20 km from Thessaloniki city centre, with a bus stop a 5-minute walk away. It was once a fishing village, but has grown into a lively town with everything you need for everyday life. The house is up the hill away from the shops in a peaceful neighbourhood near a park and a little pine forest. Olive groves, vineyards and cotton cover the valley. I have a dog and three cats, so you’ll need to be a genuine animal lover! 🐾 Our house is spacious with a garden, and is 1.5 km from the sea, with 8 km of uninterrupted coastline. There are seaside walks and endless day trip options for the weekends (including Olympus if you like mountains). The local produce is wonderful. The room has its own private balcony, and you’ll have your own shower room and WC, giving you plenty of privacy. There is reliable 5G internet, making the house well suited to working remotely. I’m looking for someone who would enjoy a peaceful home near Thessaloniki for a few weeks or a few months, while having the freedom to work, explore and enjoy everything the area has to offer.
