Tu Habitación: Privada, cómoda y acogedora, equipada con cama matrimonial y excelente iluminación natural.
Áreas Comunes: Acceso total a sala, comedor y espacio de trabajo. Cuenta con cocina equipada y área de lavado.
Baño: 1 baño completo que será de tu uso exclusivo la mayor parte del tiempo, y compartido únicamente durante las breves visitas de los propietarios.
🌐 Servicios e instalaciones
Todo Incluido: Internet, agua, luz, gas y cuota de mantenimiento del edificio.*
Seguridad 24/7: Edificio seguro con acceso controlado, vigilancia las 24 horas, portón/puerta con llave de seguridad y elevador con acceso mediante código restringido.
Limpieza: Pedimos mantener limpio el departamento por cuenta propia, tanto de quien renta como de los propietarios. Hay una persona que hace una limpieza al mes, incluida en la renta. Se puede solicitar servicio extra de limpieza a la misma persona con costo extra.
Estacionamiento opcional con costo extra (sujeto a disponibilidad).

Wir bieten dir ein gemütliches Privatzimmer, während du die meiste Zeit die komplette Wohnung in aller Ruhe genießen kannst. Wir als Eigentümer sind ein Paar und reisen beruflich häufig, daher sind wir nur wenige Tage im Monat in der Wohnung (manchmal auch länger). Du genießt den Komfort und den Platz einer kompletten Wohnung ganz selbstständig.
Wir suchen eine verantwortungsbewusste, seriöse und respektvolle Bewohnerin bzw. einen ebensolchen Bewohner, die oder der eine friedliche Atmosphäre schätzt und den Raum behandelt, als wäre er der eigene.

Bad: 1 vollständiges Bad, das die meiste Zeit ausschließlich dir gehört und nur während der kurzen Besuche der Eigentümer geteilt wird.

Sicherheit rund um die Uhr: Sicheres Gebäude mit kontrolliertem Zugang, 24-Stunden-Überwachung, Tor/Tür mit Sicherheitsschlüssel und Aufzug mit Zugang über einen eingeschränkten Code.
Reinigung: Wir bitten darum, die Wohnung selbst sauber zu halten, sowohl der Mieter bzw. die Mieterin als auch die Eigentümer. Eine Person führt einmal im Monat eine Reinigung durch, die in der Miete enthalten ist. Bei derselben Person kann gegen Aufpreis eine zusätzliche Reinigung angefragt werden.
Optionaler Stellplatz gegen Aufpreis (je nach Verfügbarkeit).

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
