These 4 rooms for a 3-person flatshare (WG) on the ground floor of a maisonette apartment built in 2003 - in Kleinmachnow next to Berlin-South - stand out for their upscale features, including a large, bright room with 25 sqm of living space. Male applicants are preferred.
The premises are bright and functionally designed, and the existing fitted kitchen is perfect for cooking. A separate guest toilet adds to the living comfort. Additionally, a cellar compartment is available as extra storage space.
In the basement (souterrain), there is 1 room and a shower room, which are used by the owner. Furthermore, the property offers access to a private, usable garden with a terrace, garden shed, and access to the carport and parking space, which are also included in the lease. Pets are welcome in this apartment.
Move-in is possible from November 1, 2026, on a fixed-term basis for one year until November 30, 2027, with the option of a further extension.

Im Untergeschoss (Souterrain) befinden sich 1 Zimmer und ein Duschbad, die vom Eigentümer genutzt werden. Außerdem bietet die Immobilie Zugang zu einem privaten, nutzbaren Garten mit Terrasse und Gartenhaus sowie Zugang zum Carport und zum Stellplatz, die ebenfalls im Mietvertrag enthalten sind. How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
