The room and common spaces of the flat are very comfortable. All the guests are very friendly and helpful, and Joana was always ready to help, since the reservation, if I needed.

The rented room was great! As cute as in the pictures. The living area was clean and the other guests were lovely. Joana was always ready to help if we needed something. Super recommend!

Neighborhood
Alameda station is very close by (not even 1min distance) and from there it is possible to go everywhere in the city. The neighborhood is incredible, there is a nice square in front of the building (Fonte Luminosa) and many afordable restaurants.

There is a very cheap place called Nougat (5,50 per meal), two Açaí places, the street called Domingos Soares has a lot of restaurants and shops.

The flat has an amazing location, the rooms and spaces are very comfortable. All the long term house mates are very friendly and Joana's does a great job managing the place. Very recommended.
