On Flatio since October 2020
The house is centrally located and has all the amenities you would require. With a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, flatbed grill, fridge+freezer, coffee machine, milk foamer. Living room with sofa, TV and audio system. Dining room with a large table and direct access to the large south facing balcony full of plants and flowers.
The room is incredibly bright thanks to its two large window. There is a large bed with a comfortable mattress. There is also a desk with an external monitor and a comfortable office chair in case you would like to work from home. You will also have enough space to hang and store all your clothes as there is a large open closet.
We are a group of three young professionals in their early 30s, all with an international background. We have been living in Lisbon for several years now and are very easy going and quite active people. One of our roommates is going on vacation for a couple of weeks and his large luminous and nicely furnished room is available for that period.

Das Zimmer ist unglaublich hell dank seiner zwei großen Fenster. Es gibt ein großes Bett mit einer bequemen Matratze. Es gibt auch einen Schreibtisch mit einem externen Monitor und einem bequemen Bürostuhl, falls Sie von zu Hause aus arbeiten möchten. Ein großer offener Kleiderschrank bietet Ihnen genügend Platz zum Aufhängen und Aufbewahren Ihrer Kleidung.
Wir sind eine Gruppe von drei jungen Berufstätigen Anfang 30, alle mit internationalem Hintergrund. Wir leben schon seit einigen Jahren in Lissabon und sind sehr umgängliche und aktive Menschen. Einer unserer Mitbewohner geht für ein paar Wochen in den Urlaub und sein großes, helles und schön eingerichtetes Zimmer ist für diese Zeit verfügbar.

I am a 34 year Austrian living in Lisbon since four years. I've been living in this apartment since 4 years. We have rented out mine and my roommates' rooms every time we go on vacation and so far we had very good experiences. We usually integrate the person that stays with us and have regular dinners at home and show them around the city if they want to.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).

I was here for one month and absolutely loved it. Mortiz is a sweet and welcoming host, and so is his roommates. It is a bright and charming apartment, the area is great, close to grocery shopping, gyms and downtown Lisbon.
During my stay here, I decided I wanted to stay longer in Lisbon and I think renting the room from Moritz, and meeting his roommates was a great start to make me feel at home in a city where i didn't know anyone.
This is especially a good place for you if you like a clean place with good energy, where there is space to be yourself and socilaize with some wonderful people. :)

I loved staying at Moritz's room. The flat is beautiful and spacious, the bed is super comfortable, and the roommates are awesome. Location couldn't be any better. And Mortiz was always making sure everything was alright. I highly recommend this stay.

Saldanha is one of the best areas to stay in Lisbon. You can find anything you need around, including shops, gyms, green spaces, and transportation to go everywhere. The street where the apartment is located is also very quiet.
