Hello there im looking to rent a room in my house in Vila do Conde, 5 mns from the beach, river and forests, a small town 24kms from Porto city centre. There is Metro/light rails 10 mns walk from the house.
The house is very spacious 4 rooms 2 living rooms, the room i rent comes with its own complete bath room + a complete office, with printer. My house is very confortable and i believe we do not miss anything for modern iving. The guest will be able to use everthing he or she wants. Me and my american partner are 40+ he is an artist/painter and i work for a pharmaceutical company. We are liberal decente and sometimes funny.., we apreciate beauty in all its forms and are very easy going.
And btw I been told we are very good chefs, may it be French Portuguese or Thai cuisine.

Hallo im suchen, um ein Zimmer in meinem Haus in Vila do Conde, 5 mns vom Strand, Fluss und Wälder, eine kleine Stadt 24kms von Porto Stadtzentrum zu mieten. Es gibt Metro/light Schienen 10 mns zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt.
Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, 4 Zimmer, 2 Wohnzimmer, das Zimmer, das ich vermiete, hat ein eigenes komplettes Bad und ein komplettes Büro mit Drucker. Mein Haus ist sehr komfortabel und ich glaube, dass es uns an nichts fehlt, um modern zu leben. Der Gast wird alles nutzen können, was er möchte. Ich und mein amerikanischer Partner sind 40+, er ist Künstler/Maler und ich arbeite für ein pharmazeutisches Unternehmen. Wir sind liberal, dezent und manchmal lustig..., wir schätzen die Schönheit in all ihren Formen und sind sehr entspannt.
Und btw mir wurde gesagt, wir sind sehr gute Köche, sei es Französisch Portugiesisch oder Thai-Küche.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.

Alles in einem Preis. Die monatliche Miete schließt Dienstleistungen einschl. Internet und Energien ein und wird nicht berechnet, wenn sie 25 % der monatlichen Zahlung nicht überschreitet. Dadurch sparen Sie eine Menge Administrative bei der Wohnungsübergabe.
