The kitchenette is part of the room, only the bathroom and toilet are shared, which is available for the next room on the floor, where a young, decent working man now lives. View of the garden (south side). The apartment is equipped - see photo. The apartment includes, among other things, a refrigerator, washing machine, electric kettle, microwave, new induction cooker, all dishes, clothes dryer, ironing board, iron, bedding. Great location (metro, all amenities in the area, 10 minutes to the center, 25 minutes to the airport, 25 minutes to the train station). Another advantage is the sports field in the street - see photo. Pets are not allowed, smoking is not allowed in the apartment... The apartment is suitable for 1 person only.
DISADVANTAGES: older equipment in the apartment.
ADVANTAGES: close to the university, airport and city center.

In ruhiger Lage im Villenviertel von Prag 6 – etwa 4 Gehminuten von der U-Bahn-Station „Dejvická“ entfernt – vermiete ich ein Studentenzimmer. Die Kochnische ist Teil des Zimmers, nur Bad und WC werden gemeinsam genutzt; diese stehen dem Nachbarn im Zimmer nebenan zur Verfügung, in dem derzeit ein junger, anständiger Berufstätiger wohnt. Blick auf den Garten (Südseite). Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet – siehe Foto. Zur Ausstattung gehören unter anderem ein Kühlschrank, eine Waschmaschine, ein Wasserkocher, eine Mikrowelle, ein neuer Induktionsherd, sämtliches Geschirr, ein Wäschetrockner, ein Bügelbrett, ein Bügeleisen sowie Bettwäsche. Tolle Lage (U-Bahn, alle Annehmlichkeiten in der Umgebung, 10 Minuten ins Zentrum, 25 Minuten zum Flughafen, 25 Minuten zum Bahnhof). Ein weiterer Vorteil ist der Sportplatz in der Straße – siehe Foto. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt, Rauchen ist in der Wohnung nicht gestattet... Die Wohnung ist nur für 1 Person geeignet.
