Girls only. This third floor flat with elevator is sunny and bright with lots of fresh air and large muntin windows. Plenty of closet space in every room and real hardwood floors. Entire flat has just been remodeled and all the furniture is brand new. There is a good sized private storage area and shared roof-top terrace The building is located in a very quiet area of the Mercado district with maybe a five minute walk to the subway. Nearby you will find planty of great restaurants, bars along with sporting, music and cultural events, all within a short 10 to 15 minute walk.

The room is cozy, with an open closet and a desk, perfect for students. It has a good size window opening to a balcony looking at a big sunny patio.
