location: The house has an ideal location at one of biggest Vienna pedestrial zones and right in front of U1- metro line stop Keplerplatz. Distant just a few yards there is one of most vivid traditional Vienna grocery markets at Viktor Adler square.

The house is orderly, neat and bright. My flat is on third floor served by escalator.

room: This room is very big & bright equipped with a big lounge couch, lounge chair and lounge table providing an iron chimney-oven as well. Bed and other furniture are in original chippendale vintage style. Ther room is lavishley furnished with big wardrobes. No regular car-traffic in front of that room due to pestrian zone!

Equipped with silencing new double glas- shielded windows this room measures about 23 sq meters space!

surrounding: Vienna main railwaystation is off just 1 metro stop and Vienna central traffic cross Karlsplatz 3 stops. You do not even have to change metro-line, just hop in U1- metro and hop off U1 at Karlsplatz.

You will find the world famous castle of Belvedere within walking distance and the recreation park WIG-Oberlaa at reach with U1-metro line.

Das Haus ist ordentlich, sauber und hell. Meine Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock und ist mit der Rolltreppe erreichbar.

zimmer: Dieses Zimmer ist sehr groß und hell und mit einer großen Couch, einem Sessel und einem Tisch ausgestattet, der auch einen eisernen Kaminofen enthält. Das Bett und die anderen Möbel sind im originalen Chippendale Vintage-Stil. Das Zimmer ist aufwendig mit großen Schränken ausgestattet. Kein regulärer Autoverkehr vor dem Zimmer wegen der Fußgängerzone!

Ausgestattet mit schalldämmenden neuen Doppelglasfenstern misst dieses Zimmer ca. 23 qm Fläche!

umgebung: Der Wiener Hauptbahnhof ist nur 1 U-Bahn-Station entfernt und der Wiener Hauptverkehrsknotenpunkt Karlsplatz 3 Stationen. Sie müssen nicht einmal die U-Bahn-Linie wechseln, steigen Sie einfach in die U1 ein und steigen Sie am Karlsplatz aus der U1 aus.

Das weltberühmte Schloss Belvedere ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und der Erholungspark WIG-Oberlaa ist mit der U1 zu erreichen.
