Zimmer zu vermieten - Palmela

On Flatio since April 2023

Sie werden in meinem Haus mit Garten in der Nähe von Palmela, 30 km südlich von Lissabon, willkommen sein. Ich bin eine 65-jährige Französin und wohne in diesem Haus, in dem ich die drei Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock vermiete.
Zusätzlich zu den normalen Möbeln, Bett, Tisch, Bürostuhl, Stauraum, verfügt jedes Zimmer über einen elektrischen Heizkörper, Bettwäsche, zwei Paar Bettwäsche, zwei Handtücher und ein Geschirrset.
Auf derselben Etage gibt es einen Luftentfeuchter und die „Kaffeepausen-Ecke“, in der jeder Mitbewohner seinen eigenen Bereich im Kühlschrank und eine Speisekammer hat. Die Küche des Hauses kann nach Absprache mitbenutzt werden, sobald Sie Lust zum Kochen haben.
Das Badezimmer befindet sich ebenfalls im ersten Stock und dient den drei Schlafzimmern.
Wenn Sie ein Auto haben, können Sie es sicher auf dem Grundstück parken.
Das Dorf, die Autobahnauffahrt und der Bahnhof sind 5 Autominuten und 30 Gehminuten entfernt.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 15 Minuten entfernt und ein Bar-Restaurant erreichen Sie nach 10 Minuten.
