Bela Vista is more than just accommodation, its amazing sunsets, its nature, its birds singing, its happy guests, its beautiful sea and mountain views.
There are 3 other houses in the property, two cats: Oscar & Kiki, Flora, the dog and a real community feel. Yoga classes available upon request.
You will be in a 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, we provide towels and sheets.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.

The owners are very kind and also invite to shared activities. Generally, to explore the neighboorhood on your own it is an advantage to have a car or bicycle. But to relax you don't need to leave the place, even mor as there are a dog and two cats to pet.
