It is a really good deal and comfortable in terms of accomodation prices and services around the city. Also its being central to everywhere comes appealing to my guests.
I designed and decorated this listing to be a nice calming nest and a roomy, spacious apartment which has almost all facilities that is gonna be needed during a trip.

My bed is queen size bed. You can have a nice night long sleep. Kitchen is all ready to use for cooking or you can just order from outside and eat it in the kitchen. I have AppleTV and to handle => Super Fast 50 MB unlimited internet!

Some FAQ before the start;
No charge for Laundry machine.
No charge for Dryer.
No charge for basic cleaning products. You dont shop for soap, papers, garbage bags, detergents and softerners unless you choose something specific for your special usage.
No charge for salt, sugar as kitchen essentials. Oil and drinking water are not included.
All of them are included so FREE. You dont have to pay for these things that you are not even gonna finish the whole thing.
All rooms are separate and have their own lockable keys.

My flat is around 4th Levent, one of transportation hubs of the city, which is a convenient neighborhood approximately 15 minutes subway distance to Taksim Square, 10 minutes subway distance to Nisantası, Sisli, 20 minutes bus distance to Beshiktash(depends on traffic and how you go)(where you can also take ferries to every ferry stop by Bosphorus) the centers of touristic attraction and nightlife in Istanbul.
Direct Maslak Acibadem Hospital connection through metro. You can go there from 4th Levent Metro Station and get off at its Darussafaka station. 4th Levent Metro Station is only 6 minutes away by foot. Its only 5 km far from the apartment if you will go by car.
Easy New Istanbul Airport access. The bus service to new 3rd. Istanbul Airport passes from 5 minutes away from the apartment. The bus service starts from Taxim and passes from 4th Levent(where my apartment is around). Getting on from 4th Levent is more convenient than getting on from Taxim because after Taxim(so many people and car) due to the traffic it takes 45 minutes more to come 4th Levent. So you could use that time to sleep and rest 45 minutes more in the early mornings and late nights. Also not to get stressed due to traffic and missing flights.
A new and my favorite alternative for arriving home after new Istanbul Airport subway finish, you can also come through M11 metroline! You get off at Gayrettepe station and transfer to the M2 green line-Haciosman direction. Get off at “4th” Levent station. This subway is currently working but Gayrettepe station is planned to finish at April 2023. Please check its availability first.
Easy access to the neighborhood. Especially from Sabiha Gokcen International Airport. You can come to the neighborhood direcly from Sabiha Gokcen airport by only one express bus called E3. You are gonna get off at its very last stop called 4. Levent Metro. You can check its schedule on Mobiett app.
In addition to easiness and time saving, these easy accesses from airports and couch stations mean that you are only gonna pay at most 15-40 liras to reach your accomodation and your flight at the end of your trip. So you don’t pay something like between 200 and 250 liras only for one way taxi which you are most probably gonna need two ways at least.(arrival-departure)
You are able to eat very cheap here. You can eat 300 grams of chicken breast for around 1.5 dollars and a full portion of rice around 1 dollar which is almost nothing. Of course you can have other food options, you can cook or do grocery. You are not going to have problems with your food budget around my apartment.
If you need free internet in the neighborhood (in case you need before we meet or outside of the apartment) there is free WiFi at Sapphire Shopping Mall. Go in there and get connected!
Sapphire SM has also the tallest skyscraper of the city. It is like the Empire State of Istanbul. You can have a really really vast and amazing view of the city during daylight and during the night. What is more, you can also try the 5D simulation of the most popular touristic places in Istanbul on the top floor. It could be a nice idea for first travelers to the city and not sure about where to go first.

Easy to access to other touristic areas of Istanbul. You can directly take subway to go to Eminönü-Galata Tower-Sultanahmet area through Haliç Subway Stop or Şişhane Stop where historical things are. Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Cistern, Grand Bazaar, Spice Bazaar is 25 min. away with subway.
It's also close to Nisantasi, (10 minutes subway) a chic, famous neighborhood for shopping and dining. Volkswagen Arena (concert or other kind of entertainment place of the city), Galatasaray Football Team Stadium and Beşiktaş Football Team Stadium are close.
It takes 15 min by bus to go to the sea coast, Bosphorus and enjoy the nice weather and maybe take the ferry to go to Uskudar, Asian side of the city with a 10 min Istanbul and Bosphorus view, on ferry road. You can also have a cool long Bosphorus tour on boat from Besiktas for example.
Istiklal Street is 15 minutes away by metro.
Canadian Consulate is 10 minutes walk away.
University transportation is easy. Bogazici University, Koc University(takes time but easy), Galatasaray University, Bilgi University, Istanbul Technical University.
Shopping and transportation are really easy in the neighborhood. My neighborhood is very central, safe and there are many small shops restaurants and cafes bars . It is a very lively area but at the same time quiet in our street.
There is a mixture of local life and small tourists population in this neighborhood. Shopping malls around the neighborhood are Sapphire, Kanyon, Ozdilek, Axis and Metrocity. Sapphire is 3 minutes away from the apartment like a store with movie theater on the corner.
It is a safe place.
The flat has 4 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 2,5 bathrooms 1 storage, and 2 terraces. There might be one other guests staying in the other rooms.
It's a newly and plainly decorated, cute and large room. I decorated it as simple as possible in order to give my guests better and mindful living, working and sleeping conditions where they cannot be distracted easily.
The room has a queen bed, computer work friendly table, revolving seat, library, wardrobe and private shower. It takes sunshine & fresh air. If you'd like to stay more people, please ask me.
The flat is on the 4th floor with elevator and all rooms and kitchen are shiny.
**There is an unlimited wireless internet connection, refrigerator, dryer(you dont have to hang your wet clothes), washing machine, cooker, combi boiler, kitchen utensils..
**There's 24/7 hot water and heating by natural gas combi.
**Clean sheet, towel and blanket will be provided.
**Other than that, you can feel free to use kitchen tools to make your own food at any time.
**Unlimited tea which is an important component of the culture in the kitchen. Please help yourself if you like.
**On the head of the bed you are gonna find a special lightning system for having some special and relaxing time by yourself or with your companies together.
**Two candles can be provided on demand for your relaxing time in the room.

Meine Wohnung ist rund um 4. Levent, einer der Verkehrsknotenpunkte der Stadt, die eine bequeme Nachbarschaft etwa 15 Minuten U-Bahn-Entfernung zum Taksim-Platz ist, 10 Minuten U-Bahn-Entfernung zu Nisantası, Sisli, 20 Minuten mit dem Bus zu Beshiktash (je nach Verkehr und wie Sie gehen) (wo man auch Fähren zu jeder Fähre Haltestelle am Bosporus nehmen) die Zentren der touristischen Attraktion und Nachtleben in Istanbul.
Direkte Verbindung zum Maslak Acibadem Krankenhaus durch die U-Bahn. Sie können von der Metrostation 4. Levent dorthin fahren und an der Station Darussafaka aussteigen. 4th Levent Metro Station ist nur 6 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Seine nur 5 km weit von der Wohnung, wenn Sie mit dem Auto zu gehen.
Einfacher Zugang zum Flughafen New Istanbul. Der Bus-Service zum neuen 3. Istanbul Flughafen geht von 5 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Der Bus-Service beginnt von Taxim und geht von 4. Levent (wo meine Wohnung ist um). Einsteigen von 4. Levent ist bequemer als einsteigen von Taxim, weil nach Taxim (so viele Menschen und Auto) aufgrund des Verkehrs dauert es 45 Minuten mehr, um 4. Levent zu kommen. So können Sie diese Zeit nutzen, um zu schlafen und 45 Minuten mehr am frühen Morgen und am späten Abend zu ruhen. Außerdem sollte man sich nicht wegen des Verkehrs und verpasster Flüge stressen lassen.
Eine neue und meine Lieblingsalternative, um nach der Fertigstellung der neuen U-Bahn am Flughafen Istanbul nach Hause zu kommen, ist die Metrolinie M11! Steigen Sie an der Station Gayrettepe aus und steigen Sie um in die M2 grüne Linie Richtung Haciosman. Steigen Sie an der Station "4th" Levent aus. Diese U-Bahn ist derzeit in Betrieb, aber die Station Gayrettepe wird voraussichtlich im April 2023 fertiggestellt. Bitte prüfen Sie zuerst die Verfügbarkeit.
Einfacher Zugang zum Viertel. Insbesondere vom internationalen Flughafen Sabiha Gokcen. Sie können direkt vom Flughafen Sabiha Gokcen mit einem Expressbus namens E3 in das Viertel kommen. Sie steigen an der letzten Haltestelle aus, der 4. Levent Metro. Sie können seinen Zeitplan auf Mobiett App überprüfen.
Zusätzlich zur Einfachheit und Zeitersparnis bedeuten diese einfachen Zugänge von Flughäfen und Couch-Stationen, dass Sie nur maximal 15-40 Lira zahlen müssen, um Ihre Unterkunft und Ihren Flug am Ende Ihrer Reise zu erreichen. Sie zahlen also nicht zwischen 200 und 250 Lira für eine einfache Fahrt, die Sie höchstwahrscheinlich mindestens für zwei Fahrten benötigen (Ankunft-Abflug)

Sapphire SM hat auch den höchsten Wolkenkratzer der Stadt. Es ist wie das Empire State von Istanbul. Von hier aus haben Sie sowohl bei Tageslicht als auch bei Nacht einen wirklich fantastischen Blick auf die Stadt. Außerdem können Sie im obersten Stockwerk die 5D-Simulation der beliebtesten Sehenswürdigkeiten Istanbuls ausprobieren. Es ist ein neu und schlicht eingerichtetes, süßes und großes Zimmer. Ich habe es so einfach wie möglich eingerichtet, um meinen Gästen bessere und achtsame Lebens-, Arbeits- und Schlafbedingungen zu bieten, wo sie nicht so leicht abgelenkt werden können.
Das Zimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett, einen computerfreundlichen Tisch, einen drehbaren Sitz, eine Bibliothek, einen Kleiderschrank und eine eigene Dusche. Es braucht Sonnenschein und frische Luft. Wenn Sie mehr Personen unterbringen möchten, fragen Sie mich bitte.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock mit Aufzug und alle Zimmer und Küche sind glänzend.

**Saubere Laken, Handtücher und Decken werden zur Verfügung gestellt.
**Ansonsten können Sie sich jederzeit mit Küchenutensilien versorgen und Ihr eigenes Essen zubereiten.
**Unbegrenzt Tee, der ein wichtiger Bestandteil der Kultur in der Küche ist. Bitte bedienen Sie sich, wenn Sie möchten.
