Was a little hesitant, as it seemed for longer leases and ours was more of a vacation trip, but it made the paperwork/communication/signing up and paying so effortless. We just finished our stay in Madeira last week, and I would honestly say it was as easy to use Flatio as any other booking site. And the prices were the best I found too-- for not just a hotel room, but an entire apartment.
