Can I pay the rent in cash?

Although there's no significant reason for it, in exceptional cases it's possible to pay the rent to the landlord also in cash. However, in case of cash payment it's necessary to inform the Customer Care team, so that the payment can be assigned correctly.

Cash payment does NOT apply to the first rent - this must be paid within 24 hours of the reservation request being accepted in order for the lease agreement to become valid and your accommodation to be secure. Without the first rent and your current lease agreement, the landlord doesn't have to accommodate you.
