Flatio created the Top pick label to help promote your property to potential tenants. We position Top pick properties at the top of the list of all properties when a potential tenant is using the default search settings. It is also at the top of the list when it appears in a filtered search.
All property listings that meet the Top pick criteria (immediately available; has quality photos or better yet, a virtual tour; descriptions are completely filled out; price is favorable) are considered. Price is one of the most important deciding factors.
