How many people can move into an accommodation?
Rental prices are based on the maximum number of people that can move into the rental property, which is detailed in each listing.
It doesn't matter how many people will live in the property. You pay the same price for the accommodation both as an individual person and as a group with a maximum number of people stated.
If you want to rent the apartment for more people than the maximum allowed number, you can contact the landlord and try to agree on the specific conditions. However, in most cases it's not possible, and we recommend finding another accommodation that is for the number of tenants you need.
