If you find out that the accommodation doesn't match the listing description provided at the time of the reservation request on our platform, it's possible to withdraw from the rental agreement in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions.

The withdrawal is possible until 20:00 on the day after the move-in date stated on the lease agreement.

In this case, we'll refund you the entire first rent as well as the reservation and service fee. We'll also reimburse you for up to 7 days of alternative accommodation. You can read all details about how it works in this article.
