The maisonette apartment spread over the top floor of a renovated building with a lift is situated in a dynamic part of the city centre, a few steps from Wenceslas Square and Old Town.
The apartment with a total area of 65 sqm is designed as having open-plan sleeping in the upper gallery, living room, bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette. Bright flat with views overlooking the roofs and sky. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with electrical appliances, including a washing machine and air-conditions. The whole apartment has Wi-Fi.
LOCATION – Prague 1, New Town
Soukenická street is very quiet and leads to shopping mall Palladium. There are many important buildings here, such as Prašná Brána, Pražský orloj, Park Lennovo with playground, shopping street Na Příkopě and Wencl. sq. There are fast connections thanks to the intersection of metro lines B, A and C and the tram stop right in main street Revoluční/Dlouhá.

When handing over the keys, a security deposit of € 400 / CZK 10,000 is required to cover any damages, violation of the smoking ban or house rules and in case of loss of the keys /.

Great location near clubs, mall, public transit, bars, etc. Lived there long term and needed some repairs but short term the place would be just fine. Very responsive when help is needed.
